This is the season of high temperatures and many outbreaks of bacteria-caused food poisoning.
Chiba Prefecture has issued a "food poisoning alert" from June 1 to September 30. The three principles of food poisoning prevention are: ・ Don't allow bacteria to attach ・ Don't allow bacteria to increase
Be sure to wash your hands before cooking and eating, do not leave food at room temperature for long periods of time before and after cooking, and be careful when handling foods such as meat and fish, which are heated thoroughly to the center (75°C for at least 1 minute).
