Reduction or exemption of water usage fees for muddy water

On July 6, a lightning strike caused some water facilities to shut down, resulting in muddy water （ red water ） and low water pressure in the city. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For those water users who experienced
muddy water （ red water ）, please contact the Noda City Water Department for a partial （ 2 cubic meter charge ） reduction or exemption.

*The exemption will be applied to the rates for August （ June-July usage ） and September （ July-August usage ）.

*If the water usage rate for August and September meter reading is within the basic charge （ or less than 20 cubic meters ）, the rate will not change.
