Today, a customer informed us that he received an unsolicited e-mail purporting to be from F-REGI （ Efregi ）, a company to which he outsources credit card payment of water bills.
The unsolicited e-mail stated that the credit card payment failed, but F-REGI （ Efregi ） will never send such an e-mail.
If you receive such an e-mail, please be careful never to access the URL mentioned in the body of the e-mail or enter your credit card information.

*If you are unable to make the credit card payment, the Noda City Water Department Customer Center will send you a payment slip. You will not be notified by e-mail.
