Prevent food poisoning.

This is the season when temperatures are high, bacterial activity becomes more active, and food poisoning caused by bacteria is more likely to occur.
Chiba Prefecture issued a "Food Poisoning Alert" on June 1, based on the "Guidelines for Issuing Food Poisoning Alerts, etc." to alert people to take thorough preventive measures against food poisoning, but later issued a "Food Poisoning Warning" on July 9 because the weather conditions became even more prone to food poisoning.
The three principles of food poisoning prevention are: "Do not allow bacteria to get on the food ・ Do not allow bacteria to increase ・ Kill bacteria. Always wash your hands before cooking and eating, do not leave food at room temperature for long periods of time before and after cooking, and take extra care when handling food such as meat and fish, which should be heated thoroughly to the center (75°C, 1 minute or more).
