Bicycles left unattended in front of train stations and other places are an obstacle to pedestrians, baby strollers, and wheelchairs. In particular, placing bicycles on Braille blocks is very dangerous for the visually impaired.
Commuting ・ Use bicycle parking for commuting to school and even for short shopping trips.

Also, bicycles are vehicles. Driving in violation of traffic rules and manners can cause serious accidents. Please follow the "Chiba Cycle Rules" and other traffic rules, use bicycles with consideration, and prevent traffic accidents involving bicycles.
