Today, the risk of heat stroke is expected to be extremely high in Chiba Prefecture.
Ministry of the Environment ・ Take the following preventive actions proactively as indicated by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
1 Temperature ・ Humidity ・ Check the heat index
・ Temperature around you ・ Humidity ・ Measure the heat index ≪WBGT∩)

. 2 Talk to people at high risk of heat stroke
・ Elderly people, children, and people with disabilities who are vulnerable to heat stroke
Take extra precautions
3 Stop outdoor exercise and activities ・ Postpone them
・ Use air conditioners
In principle, cancel or postpone exercise or activities indoors or outdoors where air conditioning is not installed
4 Practice heat stroke prevention behaviors more than usual
・ Avoid heat
・ Drink water frequently
