◎This month, a case in （ Kinosaki ） in the city
A man of about 50 years old, who identified himself as "Kobayashi," a fire prevention official, visited the house and asked if the resident had a fire extinguisher. We will dispose of the old extinguisher, so why don't you replace it? He recommended that we also dispose of the old extinguisher and replace it. The cost was said to be 19,000 yen including disposal. When the resident said he had only 10,000 yen on hand, he agreed to buy it. The resident looked in his wallet and saw that there was 15,000 yen in it, so he paid the 15,000 yen.

◎In a case in （Kinozaki ） in the city
last month, a person claiming to be an employee of the Noda City Fire Department came to a residence in the neighborhood and said that he was going to visit the residence and asked the resident to purchase a replacement fire extinguisher ・ as he was selling them. The resident had a fire extinguisher installed in his house, and when he was informed of this, he said, "It costs 10,000 yen to pick up the extinguisher and 25,000 yen for the main unit, but I will sell it to you for 15,000 yen with no pick-up fee. When the resident refused to purchase the unit, he gave up and no money was exchanged.
