On the same day, a commissioning ceremony will be held for Kabuki actor Ichikawa Kudanji, who will be appointed as the Noda City PR Ambassador for two years from April 1, 2025, and he will later participate in the "Jidai Gyoretsu" procession. In addition, Governor Kumagai of Chiba Prefecture will also come and participate in the Jidai Gyoretsu.
